{Janis & John} True Canadian Engagement
One day while working away at getting images, prints, and albums put together and ready for Christmas, I get a phone call. 50 minutes later, I finish having an amazing conversation with Janis about her intimate wedding coming up this May, and the history behind her and John. A few weeks later they were the first couple we met at our new studio. Ivanette and I had a great conversation with the both of them and chatted for nearly two hours!
The one thing I am looking forward to, is getting to run a roll of film through the SLR that John had used to take photos of Janis when they were in high school! I’m going to enjoy capturing moments on their wedding day with the same piece of glass that was used to capture the moments they had growing up.

{Katrina & Chris} A winter wedding at Stanley’s Maple Lane Farm
Katrina & Chris have been planning their gorgeous outdoor winter wedding for quite some time now, and for one of the few times, I booked them without even meeting them. They have been living in Alberta and have had to do all of the planning from there. A big thanks to Heather for recommending us to Katrina after we photographed her wedding this past July. Another rarity was that Ivanette, my wife was unable to attend their weekday wedding to assist me. Thanks to Liz Bradley for being my second photographer /and assistant.
